These last couple of years have been about working the soil - behind the screen, behind the scenes. And now it's time to come back to you with clarity and wielding some powerful transformational skillsets.

I dream of seeing more women create a life with heart, power and ease. Deep self discovery and transformation are the pathways I can hold you in.

This is the focus of my coaching and transformational teachings: combining ancient wisdom, adaptive frameworks, as well as creative and somatic practices that work beyond what you are doing in your life, but instead hone in on your way of being in the world.

The Creation Hour: Desire

In this powerful 2-hour live workshop, I’ll help you connect with the parts of your desire that are wanting to much to be reclaimed. You will plant the seeds for a whole way of being in the world, with actual practice in a live, virtual session in a small group of like-hearted women.

This is a one-time, interactive session with no recording replay. Please be sure that you can make the event live before committing to a spot.

Private 1:1 Coaching

Private coaching has been something that has been exclusively offered through word of mouth or referral over the last few years. I continue to work with a select number of executives and leaders.

I'm now opening it up for women to reach out to me directly and explore if we could make magic for you, together.

I currently have one spot available for private coaching to begin late March / Early April 2026.
